Water ( വെള്ളം ) - 1 cup
Coconut oil ( വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ ) - 2 Tbsp
Mustard seeds ( കടുക് ) - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds ( ഉലുവ ) - 1/4 tsp
Dry red chilli ( വറ്റൽ മുളക് ) - 2 Nos
Ginger ( ഇഞ്ചി ) - [M - PC]
Garlic ( വെളുത്തുള്ളി ) - 4 cloves
Shallots ( ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി ) - 6 Nos
Curry leaves ( കറിവേപ്പില ) - some
Green chilli ( പച്ചമുളക് ) - 3 Nos
Red chilli powder ( മുളക്പൊടി ) - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder ( മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി ) - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed powder ( ചെറിയ ജീരകപൊടി ) - 2 pinch
Salt ( ഉപ്പ് )
