Yellow lentils 1/3rd cup.
Red lentils 1/3rd cup.
Black lentils/Daal mash 1/3rd cup.
Chickpea lentils 1/3rd cup.
Rice 1/3rd cup.
Wash well with water then add 1 liter lukewarm water .
Baking soda 1/4th Tsp.
Mix and keep soak for 1/2 an hour.
For cooking
Oil 1/2 cup.
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp.
Chicken boneless 400grams.
Cook till colour changes.
Salt 1 Tbsp.
Red chilli powder 1 Tbsp.
All spice or Garam masala 1 Tbsp.
Coriander powder 1 Tbsp.
Turmeric powder 1 Tsp.
Cumin powder 1 Tsp.
Black pepper powder 1 Tsp.
Fennel seeds crushed 1 Tsp.
Yogurt 1/4th cup .
Cook till yogurt water dry.
Then add 2 to 3 cups water and cook for 10 minutes after whistle in pressure cooker.
Then Remove chicken and add soaked lentils with water.
Add more water 1 or 2 cups.
then cover and cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes on medium flame after whistle.
Then blend add shredded chicken blend again .
Add 1 cup water or as required.
Fry onions.
I added Oil in each serving bowl that i used to fry onions .
Serve with mint, ginger, Lemon,green chillies.
➡️ Don't forget to add chaat Masala while serving.
