Millions of people take androgenic anabolic steroids, or performance enhancing drugs (PEDS/iPEDS) - you may also call it testosterone replacement therapy or TRT, but the number one issue to staying safe when taking them is a lack of education. Let me try and help with that today but explaining what steroids can do to your body, how to test yourself to keep an eye on your health and the 6 easy steps to follow to ensure you stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible.

Get checked:
Do a search for consumer blood tests or private sports doctor clinics in your country. If you do direct to consumer blood testing make sure they have experience with anabolic steroid bloodwork and that they come with a DOCTOR report (not AI or another practitioner).
Make sure to get full panel tests that include FBC, Kidney, Liver, Lipids, Testosterone, FSH, LH, Oestradiol and it may be helpful to have your thyroid and nutrient markers in there too.
