Ingredients :
• All-purpose flour – 140 gm
• Pistachio Powder – 60 gm (Don’t use salted pistachios)
• Baking powder – 1 tsp
• Baking soda – ½ tsp
• Condensed milk – 200 gm
• Powdered Sugar – 1 tbsp
• Oil/Unsalted Butter – 100 gm (room temperature)
• Water – ½ cup + 2 tbsp
• Rose syrup – ¼ tsp – 1 tsp
• Green food color – few drops (optional)
• Rose/Pista Essence (optional)

To make the icing: (optional)
• 2-3 tsp milk/water (room temperature)
• 3-4 tbsp icing sugar
• Grated pistachios /pistachios powder (not finely powdered)
• Dry/Fresh rose petals

Method :
1. Preheat the oven @ 180° C with both rods on for 10 minutes.
2. Sieve flour, pista powder, baking powder, baking soda well. (Sieve at least
2-3 times)
3. Add rose syrup to water.
4. Beat butter, sugar, and condensed milk. Add ½ cup rose syrup-infused
water. If you want more rose flavor, then you can add up to 1tsp of rose syrup in water.
5. Add flour mix in 3 batches. Mix it with very light hands using a whisk.
6. Check batter consistency. Add water 1-2 tbsp (if required).
7. Put the batter in the greased cake pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean. (only lower rod ON, Temperature: 150-170
degree)
