Chasing Adventure Ep 6 - On Top of the World | Karijini NP | Mount Meharry | Nameless | Pilbara 4WD

Episode 6 of the Pilbara series - Chasing Adventure We spend 3 weeks exploring, 4WD'ing and camping in remote areas of Western Australia's Pilbara region in search of true adventure. In this episode we leave from Karratha after re-stocking and refuelling the cruisers. We make our way south towards the famous Karijini National Park. Our drive continued to show evidence of the recent storms, with water across the roads and tracks. In Karijini we became tourists. Exploring the many gorges, hikes and climbs the park has to offer. We thought we left the rain behind, but it came to soak our camp once again. It rained for an entire day in Karijini NP and as the gorges were closed for safety reasons, we decided to head out towards nearby Tom Price to explore the town. We 4WD up Mount Nameless to see nothing but clouds, but enjoy the 4WD climb nonetheless. After a few days in Karijini NP we head south to Western Australia’s highest peak, Mount Meharry. An awesome 4WD and spectacular views, we make it to the top to finish our 3 week Pilbara Adventure. This trip was the definition of adventure. Unplanned weather and roadblocks, awesome 4WD’s, amazing scenery and great company. We couldn’t ask for more.
