MOMO / Dumpling is one of Nepal’s most popular dishes which can be eaten as a starter, snack, lunch or dinner. It’s a dumpling filled with meat or vegetables with homemade dough. MOMO is eaten with soybean,Tomato and sesame seed mix Pickel. It is one of the must have food items in the Nepali restaurant all around the globe.

Ingredients for Nepali Mutton MOMO / Dumplings:
(1) Ingredients For MOMO Dough
300g plain flour
175ml water, approximately
(2) Ingredients For Filling:
1 kg Mutton kima
1/2 cup Red Onion, finely Chopped
1 cup Green/ White Cabbage, finely chopped
1/2 cup Green spring Onion Finely Chopped
1 cup Coriander, finely Chopped
1/2 tsp Garam masala Masala
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
2 Grieen chilli finely chopped
1/2 tsp Turmeric
Salt to Taste
2 tsp Fresh Ginger/Garlic Paste
3 tsp olive oil
