Hello! My name is Meghan and I'm a professional violinist and Suzuki trained teacher based in Chicago. I started this channel because I want to provide high quality Suzuki instruction to those who may not be able to afford traditional lessons or who may not have access to a Suzuki teacher in their area. I will start with the very basics- such as how to hold the violin and bow, the Twinkle rhythms, etc. Then I will lead you through the Suzuki books, as well as providing instruction on specific techniques such as string crossings, vibrato, and shifting. Please let me know if there's anything in particular you would like to see!
