I created this dress for my son at the very last minute with the supplies I already had at home. Hope it can be useful to you too.

Chart Paper - Red and Green
Scissors
Glue
Pencil
Ribbon
Acrylic Marker - Black and Yellow (Craft paper can be used as a substitute here)
Decoration Material (Optional)
