Inspired by an everyday gesture – a hand on the shoulder to show support and encouragement – Shoulder Check is the first initiative of the #HT40 Foundation, which Hayden’s parents Rob Thorsen and Sarah Thompson founded in his memory.
We all need to provide a regular check on our teammates, friends and those whom we love. You never know who might need that all important Shoulder Check!
