Camino footcare is really important!To
Camino footcare is really important!
To avoid Blisters on the Camino we use a combination of:
Vaseline on the feet,
2 layers of socks
and Hikers Wool.
It works.
3 times on the Camino Frances for me and 2 times on the Camino Frances for pat. No Blisters.
