Prebuilt CPU and GPU benchmark for Eugen's classic and masterpiece "R.U.S.E." This software is the first Eugen Systems game to have been built on their now famed "IrisZoom" engine, and combined elements of traditional base-building/resource procurement RTS, with more real time tactical elements they became known for in their later titles, like Wargame, Steel Division, and Warno most recently. Also innovative was the design decision to encapsulate the gameplay within a "table top" aesthetic, though one that could be zoomed in to see a fairly detailed "on the ground" view of the battles as they occurred.

This game still holds up, and is also innovative for being one of the earliest strategy games to offer SLI and multi-GPU configuration compatibility. An option sadly not supported by almost any AAA (or non AAA) strategy titles since the release of this game (save the notable exception of Oxide Games' "Ashes of the Singularity" in 2016. Truly pathbreaking piece of software within the strategy game genre, and a shame it did not get the support-cycle it deserved!
