6 Tbsp cold butter
6-7 ice water
pinch of salt
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING:
2 large onions, sliced
1/2 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large garlic clove
1 tsp each- basil, thyme, oregano
3 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 cup toasted bread crumbs
