Have you ever prepared pork in beer? This recipe will be good for you!

Ingredients
1 1/2 kilos of pork loin
2 tablespoons of oil
1/2 kilo of onion in strips
2 cups of blonde beer
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 sprig of parsley
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon of flour
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Tie the loin with wick and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pot and brown the meat on all sides. Remove and reserve.
In the same pot fry the onion. Add the beer and deglaze. Add the sprig of parsley, bay leaves, breadcrumbs and thyme. Return meat to pot and season with salt and pepper. Cook covered over low heat for one hour or until meat is tender. When the meat is done, remove it from the pot, discard the wick and cut into slices.
Add the butter and flour previously diluted in water to the sauce that remained in the pot. Mix, thicken slightly and strain.
Serve the pork slices bathed in the sauce. Accompany with rice with corn and sautéed vegetables.

Advice
Tying the loin with wick corresponds to the bridging technique, which aims to prevent the meat from losing its shape during cooking.
