Water/Humidity Affected Circuit Board - Cleaning (4K)

Got a small IR circuit off the internet and it came with some white stuff on it. This is how I got it off and cleaned it up. WARNING: Solder contains lead and other toxic chemicals. Use proper safety protocols in dealing with it. Solder/lead contamination can lead to serious illness and is real expensive to remediate (clean up). This is NOT a training video on lead handling techniques. If you do not know about such things, learn first or do not do it.
