ingredients:
Chicken 1 Kg
Fried onion 1 Cup (fried from 3 medium onion)
300 Gram yogurt
Oil 3/4 Cup ( Less than 1 Cup)
Ginger & garlic paste 2 Tbs (heaped)
Salt to taste
Red chili pepper 2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
Coriander powder 2 Tbs
Garam masala powder 1/2 Tsp
3 Green Cardamom
1 Bay leaf
Blackpepper corn 4-5
For further Masala:
Roasted gram chickpeas 1 Tbs
Desicated coconut 1 Tbs
Nutmeg mace 1/2 Tsp(powder)
Cumin seeds 1/2 Tsp
3 cloves
Cinnamon stick 1/4 part
1 Big cardamom
