Savar is a traditional food
Savar is a traditional food of Kurdistan, a combination of mutton and boiled wheat grains. This food is completely organic and has no chemical additives and is very healthy and nourishing. This food is usually made greasy and full of oil, and for this reason, it is eaten in the cold seasons and is very delicious. Wheat grains are boiled together with mutton for five or six hours in a closed container and at the end the necessary spices, onions and other things are added to it. This traditional food has a long history and is considered one of the original foods of Kurdistan.
