Heath Zenith the cheapest motion activated security light, will it work?

This Heath Zenith is the cheapest motion outdoor light that Home Depot sells. Will it be enough to replace an old outdoor floodlight fixture? We will unbox the Heath Zenith and look over what this inexpensive product has to offer. Then we will attempt to install it and see if it works.
