Shrikhand is a traditional indian sweet from maharashtra and gujarat cuisine. shrikhand is made from hung curd which is also known as ‘chakka‘ in marathi language.  It is also known as 'Matho' in Gujarati.Hung curd is curd where all its whey has been drained.Refrigerate the shrikhand for atleast an hour before serving. Serve the shrikhand chilled.
