Welcome to June 2024-Your Month of Freedom, Deliverance and Overflow....

Fasting Instructions:  fruits, veggies & nuts only.  No meats; sweets or processed foods of any kind.  You can drink water, organic juices and herbal teas at any time.  The eating window is between 12 Noon-8pm.  Pray at least 3x daily.  Also you can choose to do only liquids or just water.  Allow the Lord to lead you for these 30 days.
Also please give as you begin your fast.  You can give to the poor, a ministry or someone you know that may be in need.
Please keep a journal during this time as you document these 30 days.  Remember the prayer line is nightly from 12am-12:30am at 563-999-5120.  No pin or code needed.
