हिमाचल प्रदेश एक बहुत ही सुंदर राज्य है। यंहा ऊंचे-ऊंचे पहाड़, प्राकृतिक सुंदरता से भरे होने के साथ-साथ वहां के व्यंजनों का स्वाद भी खासा लोकप्रिय है. मेरी कोशिश है की आप को उन की जानकारी पहुँचाऊँ। आज मैं आप को को ऊपरी हिमाचल ,  शिमला जिला के बहुत की प्रसिद्ध व लोकप्रिय  व्यंजन   "खोबली "को बनाने की  विधि share कर रही हूँ। यह विधि मुझे मेरी सासु माँ ने बताई है। यह गर्म पानी के अन्दर बनाई जाने वाला वयंजन है।
