Chevrolet Captiva 2011 - 2012 PROBLEMS

More then 10 owners discover this problems (at least, I know for 10 of them), all in Europe, all brand new cars. All of us still wait for solution, in meantime, we cannot drive our cars. Chevrolet authorized service don't know when problem will be solved, they say "we wait from solution from factory, we must change display". When will be solved? They say "We don't know, when factory send to us..."

Additionally, when I order my car, I ask them can I buy update of navigation maps for Europe, Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia and they say "of course...". After I order, they discover they don't have that, but during order everything is possible :-)
