After a brush with death,
After a brush with death, Charly Rodriguez set out to create the electric car of his dreams. The only problem: he was a sports teacher in the south of Spain with zero knowledge of how to do it.
But in seven years, this “Musk of Murcia” went from a chassis sketch to the real deal. His self-built 100% electric Roadster, the “Purecar “ is inspired by Tesla’s battery engineering and the original Volkswagen Beetle - and Charly’s story is proof that with the right attitude and energy, anyone can achieve their goal.
And Charly hasn’t stopped there - he has since designed and built a stylish 3-wheeled electric scooter, the Bigiboard, which he also shows off in this film.
