With all the imperfections that
With all the imperfections that exists regarding YouTube notifications, there are a few settings that you could change to achieve your desire number and type of notifications on YouTube. We've got 3 different types of notifications. One is called YouTube notification under your "notification preferences". This is for notification within the YouTube itself whether you're on a browser or app. If you open the YouTube app or YouTube website, these are the notifications you'll get. Then, we got the email notifications. Email notifications can only be changed using a browser on your computer or desktop mode of your browser on your phone. And finally, we got the phone notification which you'll receive on your phone's screen and prompts you to open the YouTube app to read it.
After coming to the notification settings, then you can turn ON or OFF your preferences.
Blue Dot to the right means ON
Grey Dot to the left means OFF
