JavaFX Game Tutorial: TicTacToe

This time we make another simple classic game - Tic Tac Toe.

Exercises/extensions:
1. Add a dialog/button that allows to restart the game once it is complete. Hint: look into JavaFX 8 Dialogs

2. Add animation of X and O being drawn. Hint: you can use the Timeline animation in the video as a basis.

3. Highlight the winning tiles either by changing background color or stroke color.
