I can’t tell you enough about these HOMEMADE STREET TACOS,  the flavor of this shredded beef with the fried cheese , refried beans, in the toasted flour tortillas is beyond words delicious. I love adding grilled onions, and chopped cilantro and fresh onions combined, then topping them with my homemade tomatillo salsa and my EVERYDAY tomato salsa combined because all these flavors belong together to give you the ultimate meaI…I enjoy street tacos, and I think my homemade ones are easy and worth preparing. After making these tacos i freeze the leftover meat for later use in chimichangas or more tacos. I hope you try this dish.❤️

INGREDIENTS for cooking meat___________
2 1/2 lbs. Chuck pot roast
1 bay leaf
3 large garlic cloves
1/2 Small onion
1 1/2 Tbsp beef bouillon
Salt as needed (not much)
Water to cover meat

INGREDIENTS for sauce_______________
1/2 Small onion
3 guajillo Chiles (clean,veins and seeds removed)
3 Roasted Roma tomatoes
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp black pepper
2 large garlic cloves
1 tsp Mexican oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp tomato flavored chicken Bouillon
2 Tbs vegetable oil

EXTRAS________
Flour tortillas (as needed)
Refried beans (as needed)
Chihuahua cheese grated or (white cheddar, Oaxaca)
Chopped cilantro
Chopped onions
Grilled onions
