.50 gm tamarind
.100 gm jaggery
1/2 tsp black pepper crush
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chop ginger/saunth powder
1 tbsp melon seed
1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
.50 gm fresh coriander
.20 gm fresh mint
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tbsp curd
1 small piece ginger
