Royal New Zealand Navy: Mountain flying in the Coromandel

Hope you’re not afraid of heights… 🏔️🚁  The Coromandel region offers fantastic terrain for our Navy pilots to train in mountain flying.

Pilots of the Seasprite helicopter at No. 6 Squadron carefully navigated the environment and practised manoeuvres in the week-long training.
