Power culture is the culture
Power culture is the culture based on concentrating power among just a few people. Role culture is where each member of staff has a clearly defined job title and role. Task culture is built on cooperation and teamwork. Person culture is where individuals are given freedom to express themselves and make decisions for themselves. Entrepreneurial culture is where management and workers are encouraged to take risks, come up with new ideas, and test out new business ventures.
