Guinness Steak Pot Pie, lets celebrate all things Irish This Saint Patricks Day with this hearty delicious Pot Pie enriched with Irish Guinness Draught.
INGREDIENTS:
300g lean beef cubes
250g cheekyricho Passata
220g Guinness Irish Draught
180g onion
100g carrot
150g bacon
1 teaspoon garlic
1 sheet puff pastry
2 bay leaves
4 sage leaves
salt & pepper to taste
1 egg for egg wash
