🔹Cakes Ingredients:
- 2   medium eggs    0:17
- 50 g    sugar  0:24
- 1/2 tsp    vanilla extract   0:40
- 60 g    cake flour   0:55
- 10 g    corn starch   1:01
- 1/2 tsp     baking powder   1:04

🔺350 Fahrenheit degrees      Pre-heated oven
for 10-12 minutes   1:53

🔸 Cream Ingredients:
- 150 ml     heavy cream 35%   1:59
- 30 g     icing sugar  2:02

- pipe the cream on the small cakes and refrigerate for about 3 hours before serving. 2:16
- Sprinkle chopped pistachio (optional)   2:38
