Bowser has kidnapped Peach and tries to force a marriage. Mario fails in the first attempt to stop Bowser and falls from his airship from the Hutland from where he meets the lively Mütze Cappy, who ofa similar fate is concerned. His sister Kiara was also kidnapped by Bowser! Mario & Cappy join forces summarily and distribute those nasty "Broodals" turn Bowser wedding planner from the half-destroyed Hutland. Together, it is then further into the cascade country where we find our first power-moon drive for the ancient Odyssey, a spaceship with which we want to take up the pursuit.
