INGREDIENTS :-
200 gm mustard oil
1/2 tbsp salt , 3 tbsp water
10-15Lotus seed
2 medium onion
1 tbsp turmeric powder with 3-4 tbsp water
500 gm buffalo meat
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
2 inch cinnamon stick
¼ mace
8-10 black pepper
4-5 cloves
1 star
2 bay leaf
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 cup water
1/4 cup mava
4 tbsp Desi ghee
2 tbsp kewra water
fried Lotus seeds


For Paste :- 1

fried onion
2 green cardamom
1 inch cinnamon stick
¼ mace
½ star
1 black cardamom
7-8 black pepper corn
4-5 cloves
¼ nutmeg
½ tsp cumin
1/2 tbsp sandal powder
5-6 cashew
¼ cup water

For Paste 2 :-

1tbsp coriander powder
1 1/2 tbsp coconut powder
1/2 cup curd
