Hummer H3 No Crank That the Dealer Didn't Fix

I had a 2008 Hummer H3 towed in for a No Start and the customer originally requested I either repair or replace the BCM because the Dealership can no longer get them and cannot replace with a Used Unit. It was very apparent to me that something just didn't make sense and that the best course was to rediagnose the concern. Follow along as we figure out what's causing this No Start.
