Today I am sharing Chicken Chow Mein recipe....Its a Chinese recipe and very full filling and delicious.I hope you will enjoy this recipe👍
Ingredients 💥💥💥💥
1/2 kg chicken in julian cut
Spaghetti noodles 250 grams(boiled as per packet instructions)
Capsicum green 1/4 cup
Red capsicum 1/4cup
Yellow capsicum 1/4cup
Orange capsicum 1/4cup
Carrot 1/2cup
Green onion 1
Garlic 6 to 7 cloves
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Marination of chicken 💥💥💥
1 tbsp soya sauce
1tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp vinegar
Marinate chicken with all above ingredients and leave for half an hour.
Preparation of chow mien💥💥💥
Put oil in pan add garlic and fry it for one minute. Then add chicken fry the chicken very well all the water should be dry cover it and cook for two minutes then add all vegetables and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes at the end you can add Chinese salt half teaspoon but it’s optional now you have to add boil noodles. No add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 4 to 5 tablespoons chili garlic sauce and mix it very well now it’s ready to serve. Thank you so much.
