San Jose (KSJC) to Santa Barbara (KSBA) | Lockheed 1049 Constellation | MSFS

Only two Constellations remain airworthy in the world, we have already visited the one in Haars museum, the second one is N422NA AKA: Bataan which was recently restored and made its first flight in July 2023. Today we take this wonderful machine for a flight from San Jose to Santa Barbara. Flight time should be around one hour and 20 or 30 minutes depending on the wind.

We tried to be as procedural as possible including shutting off engines 1 and 4 for our final taxiing to our parking position. This is version 2.5 of the 1049 by Redwing and really flies great and is very very complete indeed. It takes some time to get used to all the systems and procedures but we could fly it without any assistance.
