Engineering के बाद इन्होंने Gate Exam दिया लेकिन Score काफ़ी कम रहा जिसके चलते ये IIT नहीं जा पाए. जब ये Engineering कर रहे थे तो इन्हें Teachers की Teaching में शिकायत रहती थी.

Umesh Dhande is the founder of Gate Academy. In his childhood, the financial condition of his house was not good. From the very beginning, he wanted to go to big colleges like IIT, and NIT. After engineering, he gave the Gate Exam but the score was very low, due to which he could not go to IIT. When he was doing engineering, he used to complain about teachers' teaching.
