Replacing a noisy motherboard fan in an Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro 3D printer

After just 4 weeks of use the motherboard fan's sleeve bearing started making horrible noises.

This is a full tutorial on how to change it ...I bought a ball bearing replacement and all sound measurements and readings of the 2 are shown
