This is a video outlining all the Runes shown for rogues at Blizzcon for Season of Discovery, the new Classic Plus World of Warcraft Classic Season, with as much information on them as I could get. We've all been waiting for Classic+ forever and I'm very excited to see some class changes coming to mix thing up.
Season of Discovery or SoD is the Classic plus content similar to Turtle WoW that we've all been waiting from Blizzard entertainment. The new additions to the Rogue class such as rogue tanking with new Abilities like Just a Flesh Wound, Blade Dance, and Main Gauche have everyone extremely excited to find out what rogue secrets there are in season of discovery.

Here are the notes I took for this video incase you want any of the specific things I mentioned listed in text:
CHEST
deadly brew - deadly applies on any poison
just a flesh wound - tanking ability 20% reduced phyiscal damage while blade dance active, uncritable increased threat, feint is a taunt.
quick draw - 25energy, 10sec CD, ranged weapon attack, slows by 50% for 6sec, 1cp benefits from SS
slaugher from the shadows - reduced bs/ambush cost by 20, does not apply to mutilate.
LEGS
between the eyes - 35energy, 20sec CD 20 yard range. ranged kidney that does damage
blade dance - 25 energy slice and dice but for 6%-10% parry
envenom - 35 energy no cd
HANDS
mutilate - 60 energy damage increased by 25% against poison targets, requires daggers, both hand hit benefits from BS +2cp
shadowstrike - teleport 150% any weapon type hit from stealth 20 energy no cd
saber slash - 130% x3 bleed benefits from SS
shiv - OH hit benefits from SS
main gauche - 35 energy 20sec CD, OH hit +10% parry benefits from SS
