▼Ingredients used this time (5 pieces/1 cup)▼
・1/2 bunch of spinach (100g)
・Dashi base 1 teaspoon
・Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
・Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
・Olive oil 2 teaspoons

・1 cup of cooked rice (about 330g to 350g)
・1 pack of dried bonito flakes
・Grinded sesame seeds
・2 teaspoons each of roasted sesame seeds

*If you don't like or don't have olive oil, you can use sesame oil instead.
*If the taste seems bland, you can adjust it with salt.
