Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Cupcakes

In this video I make gluten free chocolate cupcakes. The recipe is so simple and easy, and doesn't require any fancy techniques.

3/4 c cocoa powder
1 tsp espresso powder
3/4 c boiling water
1 stick butter (1/2 c)
225 g flour
1 c sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 c buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
