In this video, I reveal the secret blueprint Max Fosh uses to go viral every time he hits the upload button. I got this exclusive information from none other than Max's producer, Aziz. Two weeks after hiring Aziz, Max's channel saw a massive spike in views. Intrigued by this sudden success, I asked Aziz what he did, and he told me everything. Aziz shared some secret editing techniques that Max would probably kill him for revealing. He even pulled back the hood and did a deep dive into their viral strategy. I’ll take you through these strategies, starting with the idea of "ripping people off." Max once had the idea to break into London Fashion Week dressed as a model, which turned out to be a game-changing video for his channel. But here’s the twist: this video was actually inspired by Uber Butler’s earlier stunt of faking a fashion brand into Fashion Week. When I confronted Aziz about this, he clarified that it's not about stealing ideas but putting their own unique twist on them. This is a common practice among top creators, including MrBeast. Max doesn't just look at popular creators for inspiration; he also analyzes "outlier" videos from smaller channels—those rare hits that get millions of views despite the channel having a small subscriber base. Once Max has an idea, he crafts the perfect title, thumbnail, and opening minute to hook viewers. The title tells you what the video is about, the thumbnail shows how it’s going to happen, and the first minute explains why. However, there’s a challenge: viewers often leave after getting the main point early on. To counter this, Max inserts a question or cliffhanger that keeps viewers engaged until the end. Despite these genius tactics, Max didn't become a star overnight. For a long time, he struggled to gain traction until he met fellow YouTuber Zac Alsop, who had about 30,000 subscribers. Zac invited Max to help with a video, leading to their breakthrough collaboration at London Fashion Week. This video aims to provide actionable insights for aspiring YouTubers. Even if you can't meet a big YouTuber on the street, you can still collaborate by offering valuable content ideas that require minimal effort from them. I share examples from creators like Airrack, who collaborated with David Dobrik and Logan Paul using this strategy when he had almost no subscribers.
