Christian Home Apartments Groundbreaking Ceremony

August 7th, 2024, The City of Cordele joined with Southwest Georgia Empowerment Zone, Inc. and The Cordele Crisp Chamber of Commerce to celebrate the Groundbreaking for Christian Home Apartments. This is the first step in the "Re-imagine West Cordele" initiative. The complex will consist of 12 duplex structures and a community building for a total of 24 units of affordable housing.
