Ingredients -
500 Gram Ghee (approx. 350-400 gram used)
100 gram coarsely crushed chickpea flour (Chana Aata) (approx. 1 cup) 1 cup = 200 ml
100 Gram Urad Aata (coarsely crushed) (1 cup)
50 gram Water Chestnut Flour (Singhara Aata) (1/2 cup
150 Gram Methi Powder
500 Gram Sugar Powder
25 gram Coarsely crushed Cashew Nuts (Kaju) (1/4 cup)
25 gram Magajtari Seeds (Melon seeds)
30 gram grated Coconut (3/4 cup)
25 gram Almonds coarsely crushed (Badam) (1/4 cup)
25 gram Dry Dates Coarsely Crushed (Kharek) (1/4 cup)
50 gram Dink (Gond)
2 tsps dry Ginger Powder (Sonth Powder)
2 tsps Peepramul Powder (Ganthoda) (can use upto 1 tblsp)
25 gram Batrisu (Katlu Powder)
1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)

Badam slices and Magajtari Seeds for garnishing.
