Amid the outrage following the rape and murder of a doctor at Kolkata's RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, another gruesome incident has come to light from West Bengal. Now a case of brutality against a 15-year-old minor girl has come to light in Haripal in Hooghly district. The victim, who had left home for tuition, was found lying on the road in a semi-naked and unconscious state.
