This is how to make an authentic Nigerian Egusi soup from the scratch
INGREDIENTS
🔴 INGREDIENTS FOR EGUSI SOUP RECIPE
*1 & 1/2 Cup Egusi (Melon) seeds
*1/2 kilo Chicken
*3 medium size Cow Tripe (Shaki)
*2 medium size Ponmo(cow tripe)
*1-2 Medium size onions
*1-2 cup Palmoil
*4-5 Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Atarodo)
*2-3 yellow pepper
*1-2 small size tomatoes (optional)
*2 Teaspoon Locust Beans (Iru)
*2 Tablespoon Ground Crayfish or to taste
*1/2 kilo Cow meat
*2 stick Stock fish,
*2 medium size Smoked Catfish
*1 handful bitter leaf Leaves (washed)
*1/2 cup scent leaf (Efinrin)
*2-3 Seasoning Cubes (to taste)
*2-3 tspn Salt (to taste)
