hi girls & boys,
hope you are doing well :)
feels like the weeks fly by. This week was a bit of everything, eating, working out, working, ... & i bought new shoes whooopsieee..
have fun watching :)

Overnight Oats Recipe:
what you need:
-60g oats
-plantmilk of choice
-2 dates
-1 apple
-1 tbsp chia seeds
my fav toppings for next day:
-coconut yoghurt
-frozen blueberries
- sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds & walnuts
how to:
1) mix in a blender plantbased milk with dates.
2) add in a bowl: oats, chia seeds, grated apple, date-milk. mix well and put in the fridge overnight.
3) next day: mix in coconut yogurt. heat frozen blueberries and put them over the oats. add sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds & walnuts.
4) ENJOOOY :)
