Hotteok dough recipe:
- 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour (190 grams)
- 1/2 cup gluten rice flour (65 grams)
- 1/4 tbs salt
- 1 cup of warm water (240 ml)
- 2 tbs milk
- 2 tbs granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp yeast

Hotteok filling recipe:
- 5 tbs granulated sugar
- 1 tbs cinnamon powder
- various of peanuts
