To me, a cold shower
To me, a cold shower means only one thing: it's really uncomfortable. But taking cold showers is supposed to have lots of positive effects on the body, including helping with weight loss and strengthening the immune system. I want to know what cold showers really are about and so, I test it in my self-experiment for 30 days. Of course with medical support, blood tests and all that stuff.
