In this nail tutorial I'll like to share with an easy and affordable technique to recreate a bold and elegant reinterpretation of French Manicure with matte nails and glossy tips. It's created by Yves Saint Laurent and it's inspired by his iconic Le Smoking tuxedo jacket and its lush textures of black silk on black wool. This design is very easy to recreate even for beginners and it looks equally great on short and long nails.
To recreate this look, I've used a black nail polish and a transparent top coat from Inglot, but most popular brands have their own versions of these polishes and you could use any of them.
