Hi Everyone,
Do you all know what sooji is made out of? Sooji is a term used in India which is derived from ground wheat. Wheat is ground like coarse grains of sand, produce medium and regular sooji. In the southern region, it is known as “Rava”.
So, today I am going to show you how to make “Sooji Ka Upma”? It’s a simple Indian breakfast recipe. It is also known as “Rava Upma”. It is a basic recipe of making "Upma" in this, you can also include various vegetables as per taste. It is 5 minutes delicious recipe can be made quickly. Sooji ka Upma can be taken with coconut chutney or peanut chutney or mint chutney and also can be taken with curd or raita as per your taste. In English sooji is known as “Semolina”.

Ingredients:
• Sooji: 1 Cup
• Water: 3 Cup
• Onion: 1
• Peanuts: 2 Spoons
• Channa Dal: 1 Spoon
• Curry Leaves: Few
• Dried Red Chilies: 1
• Green Chilies: 2
• Mustard Seeds: ½ spoon
• Ginger
• Salt: As per your taste
• Red Chili Powder: ½ tsp.
• Coriander Powder: ½ tsp.
• Ghee: ½ tsp.
• Green fresh coriander
